Maybe the company ain't pulling the strings on the testing here. Maybe another party, with some extreme interest here told DYA, look, prove to us this can do XYZ, if it can do some of what you say, then we'll spring for the CARB. Knowing that there's a pay day down the road, especially if the government is handing out cash. And that being said, maybe the government want to ensure this works as well, if they announce incentive money for trucks who get the unit installed. No one wants to look bad.

Once the CARB testing is done we will all know, whats, what. It surely cannot be any worse than the third party testing.

Hopefully they continue to make sales and promote, promote, as they wait.
