Maybe Engineer was the wrong word to use. I din't mean he was an engineer in the scholastic sense. More of a tinkerer. I know for a fact that he claims to have designed the filter that is in use, that dooes not allow water to mix with the hydrogen, from condensation. This may or may not be fact, but that's what he says.
