I'm getting so frustrated reading all of these articles "searching" for solutions to air quality. Someone posted an article here a while back where the Port Authority in LA is freaking out about the bad air, and they are literally going to ban trucks that don't meet 2012 standards.....by next Oct. They've thrown their hands up in the air, because they are puking on exhaust fumes, and there is no answer. Does it get any more frustrating than that?
