rico you might be right....maybe their bet on the spread....is being influenced by weak energy costs and they have been caught with a bad bet....and...... the dividend may not be secure..... those in the know go oops.....i am out....i can wait to buy back in.....at a lower price.....or maybe those smarter than me cannot believe that neofites(new company) know how to protect the the spread....i think i will wait this one out
