Got a response from Crius IR. An analyst with UBS, Julien Dumoulin- Smith, cut the rating from buy to hold and reduced his target price from 10.50 to 8.00 !!! Unfortunately I haven't been able to find out why the cuts were made. If anyone else can find the rating change, please post it.
