jonzobot, would it be easier just to sell the zenith shares now into the market which may allow you to take a capital loss and buy them back 30 days hence directly into a TFSA account. Assuming your ultimate goal is to transfer your existing Zenith shares into a TFSA account. This would avoid any overcontribution uncertainties.
