RVXOT - I've never seen anything like this in the MD&A's or financials. I have and am certain others have heard this at AGM's of the past or in small group meetings. I can't remember the posters name that put the AGM presentations in print and then posted them to this board but that would be the best place to start. Look not only at the presentations but in the Q&A's as well. 

I've theard this a number of times over a number of years. What I'm not certain of is whether the conversations were around the sale of the company or financing it.
