Zenith Capital Corporation  75 M shares has nothing to do with Zenith Epigenitics 138 M shares. I have 30,000 shares in Zenith Capitial Corporation and 0 in Zenith Epigentiics. Apples and oranges. This is how I understand it.

It's "Zenith Capital Corp."  Look up "Zenith Capital Corporation" on SEDAR and you'll be looking at docs from a company in Vancouver, BC.

There is no "Zenith Epigenetics 138 M shares".  Zenith Epigenetics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zenith Capital Corp. None of us have shares in Zenith Epigenetics.

The original 75 million shares doled out to RVX shareholder gave us shares in "Zenith Epigenetics Corp." The name was changed (as Koo noted) to "Zenith Capital Corp."  The original 75M shares increased to 138M because of the private placements.
