His comment was something like; the company did not sponsor that listing and does not know if those shares will carry the same rights as shares bought directly from the company.

I don't see where he said that latter part about rights at the AGM.

If there is ever a sale of Zenith CC to another company I believe I will sell those shares before any potential sale...

How are you going to do that?  Are they listed separately in your account?  Mine aren't.  It would not be possible for me to sell just those shares.
