Buckeyes asked the question of the legitamecy of the Zenith Capital Corp shares that trade on the OTCBB exchange under the ticker symbol ZHCLF. I refer you back to the presentation that DM made during the last AGM. Don was very careful to distance himself and the company from the shares that are trading on the OTCBB. His comment was something like; the company did not sponsor that listing and does not know if those shares will carry the same rights as shares bought directly from the company.

With that being said I asked my brokerage firms for their opinion. They say that it is the same company and should have the same rights. So I bought a few thousand dollars worth. If there is ever a sale of Zenith CC to another company I believe I will sell those shares before any potential sale would ever close so I may never find out if those shares will carry the same rights. Also I didn't buy a lot of $'s worth of shares just in case there are issues and I can't get out of the position. If I have to walk away from those dollar it won't break me.

My suggestion is to ask your brokerage for their opinion on the legitimacy of the "shares", not the company. After hearing their answer only move forward if you are comfortable that those shares represent ownership of the company. Of course the other part to that decision is whether you feel owning shares of the company is a good investment or not. By reading this board that could be a tough decision all on its own.
