I gave the contact information to another person a few weeks back.  And even with my two step dance and contacts, he is still fighting to get them into his tfsa.  He can correct me if I am wrong, but I believe at this point they will accept them, but would like a new fmv statement.  It would also be really really helpful if Zenith could provide an actual statement that the CRA has stated they are allowable shares according to Michael the RBC guy.
