I have discussed the transfer of ZENE common shares to my TFSA with senior levels of my brokerage firm and with the CRA,,,, both have agreed these shares ARE eligible for a TFSA. The brokerage has noted that they will transfer ZENE shares into my TFSA with the updated letter indicating fair value of these common shares by the company.
