"If there is a buyout of Zenith Capital Corp the shares used to calculate our share of the proceeds...."

As I understand it, any buyout would be for Zenith Epigenetics rather than Zenith Capital Corp.  That was the point of the 2 companies.  Zenith Cap owns Zenith Ep and we own shares in Zenith Cap.  So if Zenith Ep gets bought, there's no telling what might filter down to us.
