RM2 - I think you may have a misconception. If there is a buyout of Zenith Capital Corp the shares used to calculate our share of the proceeds will be the fully diluted number of shares outstanding on the day the transaction closes. Last I heard number outstanding was around 145 million. I would be happy to be wrong on my understanding.
