Two different brokerages.  Two different numbers and neither is the same as yours. 

 It's a waste of time asking your brokerage.  If you really want to know, ask the folks at Zenith.  If we ever have shares to sell, they will provide a tax document to prove the cost basis, as they did for RVX.
