good article. they're doing exactly what i hoped would be done. or at least they're trying. the bulk sample should be able to pay for a heck of a lot. 

i don't know what the rules are for bulk sampling, but if this works out well, i hope they start applying for another permit as soon as possible. this is what i was hoping AE would do. i'm so glad he's gone now.
