They may not want to  ine it, but it may be the only course to get the value out. If a Compnay wants to make a $5 offer they HAVE to make it public and have thew support of the BOD. So it could be that a $5 public offer is made, the BOD does not support it and it is rejected by a shareholder vote. As of now, no public offer has come and all's that has done is resulted in the value of the compnay increasing. 

I know I would reject a $5 bid and everyone I know who owns shares would do the same. As frustrted as we are with this long timeline, I knopw the insiders are as well. They are being as patient as they can but they fully realize the value and poetnial of this project. It truly is a one-of-a-kind - you dont give that away.
