Would it not be possible to do this work concurrently with the metallurgical study to ensure timely delivery of PFS. Is there any reason they can't be done in such a manner?

Answer: It would be possible to do this and we are in discussions to do so at moment, but a firm decision has not been made yet.

a firm decision has not been made yet?? how the heck can they NOT be doing this? for the time value of money alone they should be doing this. is this just intentional delay or incompetence?
