Steak,  No, you misunderstood what I was trying to say. I suspect, as I'm sure has happened before, that the price is driven down in small trades in hopes that it scares shareholders out of their positions which in turn are picked up at these lower prices. The powers to be may be in the know of impending news and thus are the beneficiaries as the share price rises. This is just a conspiratory theory but may have some truth behind it. Who knows for sure but when money is involved anything is possible. JMHO  the deputy
