You may be refering to something I wrote about over on SI. Really doesn't matter, but I prefer developing this find ourselves. Whatever I'd like and whatever you would like will not be decided by either of us.

However, you do raise something I think is very important. If a reputable group were to want to buy Zenyatta, I am sure they would approach mangement and discuss with them what an acceptable figure would sway the CEO and the BOD to support their bid. They would strike a deal (most often breaking this agreement involves a hefty penalty) and ZEN would advise us to accept the offer. ZEN shareholders will vote and have the final say. Almost always, the deal, if acceptable to the insiders, is accepted by the shareholders.

I'm confident the deal will be sweet enough that we all will find it easy to swallow the offer. Hope this helps.
