AE & Crew not mining is one thing - but selling out prior to an EA and thorough NI 43-101 would likely be a big strategic mistake imho.

We would only be able to capture a tiny amount of value that can theoretically be produced - respectively lies in front of us.

I fear no one will be putting down big money for a mining project that is not de-risked in the best possible way.

Zen.V team have to show how quickly they are able to execute (they haven´t been very successful in the last 2 years afaict).
