For the record, I guess Steak was just talking. He likely was speaking about the contract CFO who, in order to pay for the cost of options, sold just enough of his holdings to cover the excercise price and the related income tax impact of selling some. This, by the way, is pretty standard practice when excercising an option purchase and you are not flush with cash. You know, normal for a normal person.
