Common sense and human nature being what it is tells me he never would have sold those 125k shares if he thought/knew the price was going up in the near future. Let me guess, you would have sold knowing significant news was coming and would leave all that money on the table? Not me.

He actually did the smart move by selling when he did as the stock price has moved about 20% lower. He knew nothing was coming when he sold. Sorry if that fact makes you uncomfortable.
