WTF, I have wondered this same question and not just in the case of ZEN.( I think of an up and coming junior gold miner that was recently bought out by a major that never seemed to make a move to get off the Venture) One would think that that would be something any company on the Venture would strive to attain? I am aware there are certain levels of perhaps trading volumes, share prices, costs of inclusion, rules etc. but it seems that a very small percentage make this move to the big board. Maybe someone a lot smarter than us can come up with reasoning other than just the rules of why these moves are not more frequent than what it seems. the deputy
