Your probably correct and I was just addressing the location issue not the FN issue. ZEN has signed an agreement with Constance Lake FN for the discovery and PEA stages of development (July 18, 2011 PR) and certainly appears to be doing a good job working with native groups, but this is certainly an issue that will need further work and further agreements. A good start is already in place it seems.
