There is no doubt that they will need cash at some point, but not before the end of the year, plus provided the SP is above $1.50 they will get $1,500,000 from warrants that will expire on Dec. 23rd, 2015. But Prudence would dictate raising money at least 2 Quarters ahead so if something does not happen earlier I would expect them to raise money in the fall.
