This is true, but they also indicate they will need to and their finances are not as flush as I had thought. They clearly need to sell or develop a strategic agreement and, in spite of the NDAs, we don't know how the game will be played considering that we don't have much time considering the level of funds remaining and expenditures required to sustain operation.

These are all points needing to be considered. We might have a buyout Friday. I think there are certainly parties interested and I've cited my theory on the 1.50 and TD issue. But, nailing that price for a take out isn't the only reason for nailing the price. Financing anyone? I imagine all of the testing on processes has dipped into the till and will continue. Funny how the greates graphite find is expected to do so much more than other companies for a product that is already head and shouders over the rest. Sort of works in others favour in a way.....but not necessarily the investors....at least not yet.
