Thanks for verifying this:

If you recall the notes from the AGM, AE stated they were NOT getting involved with any Chinese Companies even though the interest was there (i.e no Chinese NDA's).

In event of a hostile take over attempt(which is not the usual style of the Chinese),the Canadian government may step in and veto it.I think Zen is obviously cognizant of the dilemma and move on.
