AE has just under 5.4 million shares and options which is just under 10%. Cliff did have 10% but sold to a number of people (may still hold warrants). There is no one with a declared position over 10% but that doesn't mean that there aren't companies/individuals out there with 9.9%. The brokerage houses might have an idea if someone has been accumulating but unless it was overt we wouldn't see it in the data retail has access to.
