Dr. Chahar> 6,000 shares @ total cost of $10,200
Brian Davey> 5,000 shares @ total cost of $8,000
AVG Cost, $1.82/s
Brian Davey bought on September 2...ZEN's NR on it's Pilot Plant was released on September 2 @ 9am. The market may have not liked the NR as it was not what they were hoping for (the PEA), but those who took the time to read and digest it followed up w/ AE's interview a week later saw the significance of it. Brian Davey thought it was good enough to put $8,000 of his own money down.
Chahar had bought 3 lots of 2,000 shares...Aug-Sept-Oct. 2 of the 3 purchases were after the Pilot Plant was completed. If Chahar sensed there was a metallurgical issue, do you feel he would be buying shares.
Now admittedly, these were not significant purchases (11,000 shares @ $20,000), and they were purchased at the currently low SP we have been drifting at for months, however these were insider purchases late in the stage for ZEN.
All purchased subsequent to to the intial PEA delay...all purchased subsequent to the Pilot Plant Completion.
If there were significant issues in the flowsheet or heading into the PEA (as some would like you to believe), then there would not have been a single share purchased. So as ICD implied, not significant purchases, but re-assuring nonetheless.
This of course is just my own interpretation on these purchases, you may read into them as you see fit.
