I'll just add a few points the dvsk14 post and I'll try to keep the rose colored glasses in the drawer.
The insider buy by Dr. Charar was a very small quantity compared to the hundreds of thousands of options he has. What was it, 2000 shares? One could say so what? But one could also see this as a very strategic buy - one designed as a show of faith more than anything. The quantity is not of consequence, it is the concept of an insider buy that matters to me.
Ken Stowe - One would think if he disagreed with management plan (i.e the news blackout) he would have had them or encouraged them to chnage course on that matter.
PEA - good point on it being complex and the first of it's kind. That means it will likely find it's cheerleaders and it's detractors. I would think a series of news would/should follow up on the PEA to ensure the message sinks in.
