I hate the pumper attitude as well, but all this doom and gloom stuff is also unecessary.

Do I like the delay? absolutely not.

But if you don't trust management:
a) why did you invest in the stock in the first place
b) if your answer to "a" was "i dont know", then sell and move on

What has changed fundamentally to cause you to suddenly panic?

there is nothing from the company news releases that indicate that the company has issues...

Subsequent to the Cliffs sell-off and the June PEA-Delay, Ken Stowe was brought on board. I dont think one of the most respected mining executives in Canada would join ZEN if he felt it was a sinking ship. I trust that Ken dilligently reviewed ZEN before deciding to join the team.

Subsequent to the September Pilot Plant NR (which i did not see anything at all negative with), we saw Dr. Chahar and Brian Davey (Insiders) purchase shares.

So we have not received any bad news from June to December, what we have seen is:
- An excellent addition to the Board
- A succesfully completed Pilot Plant and mettalurgical processing.
- Insider purchases of shares

I'm willing to bet that this PEA will be the most complex PEA assembled that the graphite industry has ever seen.

How many hydrothermal graphite PEA's targetting high-end markets have you ever seen?
