DM also has a 3 year high of $2.70 or so so although it was purchased for a high premuim from it's beat down low it is still well off it's 3 years high. Other side of the coin is it is a base metal compnay and that market is well beyond 'soft'.

I still believe anything under $15 is a steal IF the $8,500 price per ton can be substantiated beyond any doubt.

I won't go so far as to say $15 is a steal if $8500 holds but it would be a minium in my mind as acceptable. The argumnet could obviously be made for higher price but there is also risks involved with mining even in Canada.

As LT mentioned, we need that first offer to at least get the game going. If no other parties enter the frey then so be it but nothing happens until that initial offer. We can all guees, hope and dream about $x price, hell i do it all day..lol..but it is all meaningless until that initial bid. If an offer was to come in, even a friendly one at $10 - the BOD could only reasonably defend this bid IF it knew others were in wait. Otherwise defending it would only be to drive up the single bidder price. Only the BOD knows HOW much interest there is, at what price that interest lies, what percentage of the ptroject the interest involves and what will trigger the interest to a formal bid.
