Well TayorLee a prolific poster on SH ZEN site and a member since 2007, signed off 10 days ago after makeing numerous very high price buyout claims and also a claim that AE had his house for sale. TL says that he is from Thunder Bay. At that time he indicated that that would be his last post on ZEN, presumably because it was getting bought out.

Kinda interesting. But very much just rumour.
