Mr. Stowe, a well-respected mining industry veteran with over 35 years of experience, obtained a mining engineering degree (B.Sc. & M.Sc.) from Queen's University.

He has also held senior positions at Diamond Fields Resources Inc. and Westmin Resources Limited.

Mr. Stowe previously served as VP, Technology at Diamond Fields Resources, overseeing the feasibility study of the Voisey's Bay nickel-copper deposit. Upon Voisey's Bay's acquisition by Inco.

Mr. Stowe joined Westmin Resources as VP, Operations to startup the Lomas Bayas copper mine in Chile.

He then joined Northgate and successfully turned around the struggling Kemess South copper-gold mine.

Mr. Stowe led Kemess South to become one of the lowest cost gold mines in the world.

Most holders of ZEN have been looking for a buyout. Maybe not? This graphite discovery is worth a lot more than most people realize. I wonder if anyone will ante up the amount needed to buy this find. Everyone and his cousin have expected a buyout by now but it has not happened. In fact, very little with ZEN has gone as we expected. It looks to me that more and more AE is preparing to develop this if he doesn't get his price. That's good for all of us.
