I have acually been involved (private company) in a situation where a new management took over for a poor one. We did it in under a week. In the Cliff's situation, keep in mind that (a) the market knows the current management sucks and this is reflected in the selling price (b) they are expecting Casablance to make fast changes to both stop the bleeding and turn the ship around. The slower this takes the wrose it looks. They need to move fast and firmly.
