There is no telling at this point if they see the ZEN position as core or non-core or if they simply see it as a value position they will want to hold for it's logical conclusion (buyout). I think we can surmise that Casablanca is a hell of all lot smarter than the current Cliff's crew so they will at least ensure they get the best value for the ZEN holdings be it through a cross now or a buyout later.
