Sure....a shareholder that has interests similar to Philips or anyone who has interest in securing what Zen has. I've heard plenty about how Zen's shares are sewn up in strong hands but I won't take it as a given that the other possibility doesn't exist...that being that very shrewd and saavy people have been working at taking this for as little as possible. I've heard it said about too many companies that it wouldn't happen....and it did. Go figure. I hold Zen shares so I want as much out of it as it will give me but the market has been too dirty too long with no indications that plum stocks are delivering plum returns to it's investors....only to some of them...if you know what I mean. I look forward to Zenn going balistic...I just don't consider it a guarantee by any stretch. Greed seems to have many strange powers and shifty friends.
