Of course it could and would. Why do you think Zen is being held to the 2.20's? It's the sp "they'll" want to base "their" premium on. While they're holding the sp here they are also picking up shares little by little and woe to us if we ever see a 10% ownership declaration at this level. It would not likely bode well. It doesn't make a difference if Zen teams up with Philips if the shareholder voters have other ideas. Anything can happen in this game but until we know definitively who has the controlling votes we won't know the potential sp path. $5 or $25....we wait to see.
