Takeover Speculation

I have heard some chatter about Yellow Pages being a takeover tarket. I hadn't previously considered that possibility, and I'm actually quite happy with the company the way it is, but it would certainly offer a quick jump in the share price for some immediate gains.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
