Dear Mr. Lee,
A payment of the NEX Quarterly Listing Maintenance fees has hand delivered to your office July 6, 2009.
Payment was by cheque in the amount of $1,445.00
The $1,445.00 has cleared our account at the Bank of Montreal.
I've been informed that Winfield is to be delisted from the NEX tommorow, July 14, 2009, for failure to pay the NEX Quarterly Listing Maintenance fee.
