yet another message from the CEO...
The TSX has erred in a Notice dated July 13, 2009, wherein they state that Winfrield Resources Limited will be delisted for failure to pay NEX Quarterly Listing Maintenance Fees.
Please find attached our response to the TSX and the scanned receipt of our NEX Quarterly Listing Maintenance Fees payment.
We await the TSX response and reversal of their July 13, 2009 NOTICE.
