Slushy, thanks for your response. I want to comment on a few things you just brought up. First, you asked if I have any proof of any deal. If I have proof, I know exactly what I will do once trading resumes. Second, I have not spoken to Foley personally since before his last trip to Libya. I stated that clearly in one of my posts.
Why is it that some of you who claim to do his/her due diligence, typically like to state that the main focus right now is not the deals, but the resumption of trading. Isn't that so obvious? You can have a gazillion signed deals, but if you can't trade, it's meaningless. I guess it's an ego thing to say that.
So despite the 4 month halt, I'm glad to hear that Foley is still trying to work on more than one deal. The odds are better that one of the deals might be signed soon rather than just working on one deal only.
Finally, I sincerely hope all current shareholders be rewarded handsomely for their patience.
SLUSHY'S COMMENTS; You are absolutely correct. I been harping on it since September. Personally, Its nice to talk about the deals on hand, and the ones coming. The reason we do that is to sooth our nerves, and to have a ray of hope that this stock is not in trouble.
My thoughts on this is:
1. This is serious folks. We have been given a dozen reasons why the halt is continuing. No offical news release stating why.
2. It went on for so long that a group of shareholders have band together to draft a letter and have it signed and forwarded it to ?????...
3. Personally, I have not been sent a letter to put my electronic signature so that it can be sent. Have you? I don't know why we are waiting. In some cases we are just as slow as the exchange.
4.Haven't we given enough time to this fiasco. It is time for answers. I enourage each of you to call Mr. Foley. Talking about deals coming and news releases on the table won't get this stock moving. You need to talk strictly about the halt. What is MRS investigating on. Why are they investigating it.
5. Winny, the reason why I asked whether you spoke to him is that you can ask further questions. A email by him is not good enough. It is thought out, planned, and it is the same message given to every one. When you talk with him. You get a completely different perspective.
6. Ian and Roy brought forward to the boards interesting points for you guys to think about. Why are they doing the shares now. Five months into the process. Don't you think it has been done? It's also clear that the exchange has computer records of all transactions and programs to sort and analysis it. for 70 million shares it can be done over night with a report. If you think differently, you are wrong. Period....
7. Don't rule out what option999 is saying. Whether you like him or not. A point has been made. When I spoke to Mr. Foley, he told me about this "stock/trade/option" investigation. He also said that further questions may come out of it. And he does not know when the shares will be trading. That says something.
Conclusion: Just a note to consider: When the news release came out about Anwar's fraud alligations. All his loyal clients dropped him like a hot potato. Don't think for a second that his can't happen to Bagshah. It can happen overnight. I am not accusing anyone. An investigation is underway. An audit is in process. And we will know in due time.
I do strong believe that the letter needs to be done and sent. Mr. Foley can forward us email, stating a time and date for a telephone conference call. A password can also be emailed to us to enter into the conference call. This is not hard to do. And it will show respect to the shareholders that have money tied into the company.
Have a good Day.
