You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
The exchange asks and the company does. They can say what they want. They could ask why the financials are not in the red. They can ask about insider trading. Eventually they will run out of asks and the stock will trade. In the meantime several people have stated that they will buy your shares for cash but nobody has taken anybody up on it so there is no point in complaining. Sell for cash or wait.
