With a Flow through tradable wt there is a minimum number of partisipants required for a WEL .wt designation, same as a stock.

Considering what , the price of SGR and SKP reaching new highs a .15 financing is very very unlikely, especially flow through.

So those expecting to sell their stock in the mid teens and replace it with flow through at the same price will likely be disapointed.

I mentioned that I would partisipate in a .20 or .25 financing but not in a .15 financing.
