I think the time is perfect for such a deal.. I think doing just a flow through under this formula is easy to understand... It will also send the right message about the value of WEL.... and it will bring new money into WEL... not encourage investors to sell stock here and put it into a .15 or so financing

This type of deal will allow the wts to move into exercisable range as there will be no downward pressure on the stock to flip it for a FT PP

There is a lot of hard dollars sitting there in the outstanding wts... and efforts to get them in the money should have some priority.
