As mentioned earlier, John Knowles spoke to the meeting by live video feed from Toronto. His general commentary on the state of the economy and the pending and certain turnaround was well expressed in the Letter to Shareholders previously posted. John went on to mention the pay adjustments all of the Wildcat staff made in order to keep the company operating responsibly in tough times - a 50% pay cut was taken by all; the senior management did not receive any EI/workshare supplement whereas other staff did. Most importantly, the staff like working for Wildcat and their agreement to take the reduced pay shows that interest and commitment.

John also commented on the company's exploration areas in general terms, highlighting some of the more pertinent items such as:

- the discoveries at Jeep that ran across the proeprty line to the south led to getting options on neighbouring Harvest Gold lands to the south of Jeep

- Reed Lake is surrounded by base metal discoveries with clear evidence that mineralization on the west and north runs onto WEL land.

- it is John's opinion that either VMS or HudBay will eventually have a copper mine operating at Reed Lake. He also commented that there is a zinc shortage and there will be for the coming years.

John summarized his presentation by saying that Wildcat is well-positioned to carry on, having already come through these though months, and is in an excellent position to grow as markets recover.
