I don't own any WSR at this time...although I did in the past....currently have NOT, BMK, FWR, UC, KWG, FNC, PRB

Just my opinion....but this consolidation never turns out good from my experience....I've witnessed it with NT, MGR, AKL, TAH just to name a few....with TAH, they've now gone bust, AKL is well on their way and they used the financing excuse when they did their consolidation; then afterwards, the financing didn't go through anyways

I fail to see how this helps any company except those looking to get in at under .01....it may also help those shorting a stock
