Deception vs lack of clarity? One might call it splitting hairs. We are dealing with the fall out from it now as I do beleive the market was expecting results from more holes than presented. I am sure that the company had a fairly good idea which holes would be reported in 8 days. They could have stated such or stated that results from the earlier holes drilled will be out in approximately 8 days. They left it open to speculation (which never appeared). Don't get me wrong I like VMS, just this last NR could have been worded a little better or backed with more substance(yes the results were good, but has anyone else noticed we are moving further and further from the glory hole). Distance from the glory hole MAY be one of the reasons we are not getting any love from the market for now.
