Generally, the news on the resource front is very good as to long term. More and more protectionism, higher mining taxes, outright expropriation and export controls.What goes around will come around. Even CNBC will not convince everyone to dump their resources and resource stocks in order to hold US $ treasuries and tech stocks. And the world recession theory seems to be playing out only in Brittain and the US. So, the buildout in Asia will remain very strong. If you have not read Jim Rogers "A Bull in China" it is critical reading for anyone who owns a resource stock. I'm slow and it took 3 hours to read, could not put it down. This is a good time to hang tough.
